EMDR Services
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy approach used to help clients process distressing experiences, trauma, anxiety, emotional triggers, childhood wounds, and difficult relationship patterns that continue impacting daily life. EMDR therapy can support emotional regulation, reduce the intensity of painful memories, improve self-worth, and help clients develop healthier long-term emotional and relational patterns.
How Can EMDR Help You
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy approach designed to help the brain process distressing experiences that feel emotionally “stuck.” EMDR can help reduce emotional intensity connected to past experiences while supporting healthier emotional and relational patterns moving forward.
I incorporate EMDR-informed approaches into my work with adults, parents, and families navigating trauma, family conflict, anxiety, parent-child relationship challenges, adult child estrangement, divorce, co-parenting stress, and difficult relationship dynamics. Many clients seeking EMDR therapy are not only processing a single traumatic event, but also long-standing relational wounds, emotional triggers, attachment patterns, or experiences that continue impacting their daily life and relationships.
